Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AgentPilot ("AgentPilot", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Description of the Service

AgentPilot is an educational platform. It provides assessments, AI-generated automation path recommendations, learning roadmaps and lessons, prompts, tool suggestions, progress tracking, and AI coaching features. All content and output is informational and educational only.

AgentPilot does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional business advice, and does not guarantee any income or results. See our Earnings & Results Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. No warranties — “AS IS”

The Service and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content or AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentPilot and its owners, operators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or financial losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AgentPilot in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share AgentPilot content, lessons, prompts, or roadmaps.
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple people to use a single subscription.
• Scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data from the Service.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or AI features (including automated or excessive requests).
• Upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

• AgentPilot offers free access with limited features and paid subscription plans ('Pro') with additional features.
• Paid plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the applicable billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments and subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused access.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

8. Account termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, designs, roadmaps, lessons, prompts, and materials made available through the Service are owned by AgentPilot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal or internal business use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as assessment answers and coach messages), and you grant us a licence to process it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with and references third-party providers (for example, payment processing, hosting, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, or their availability.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AgentPilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
