Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AgentPilot collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it.

1. Who we are

AgentPilot ("AgentPilot", "we", "us", "our") operates the AgentPilot platform. If you have any privacy questions, contact us at info@sidepilot.com.

2. Data we collect

Account information — your email address, display name, and authentication details.
Assessment data — the answers you provide during onboarding (goals, budget, time available, skills, interests) and any free-text or voice-transcribed context you submit.
Product usage data — lessons completed, XP and progress, missions, favourites, achievements, and activity timestamps.
AI interaction data — the messages you send to the AI coach and prompt customiser, and the responses generated.
Business metrics you choose to enter — any revenue or performance numbers you manually log.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status and limited billing metadata; we never receive or store your full card details.
Technical data — IP address, device/browser information, and basic diagnostic logs used for security and reliability.

3. How we use your data

To create and operate your account and provide the Service.
To personalise recommendations, roadmaps, missions, and AI coaching to your situation.
To process subscriptions, trials, and billing.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug technical problems.
To improve the Service by understanding how features are used, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third parties we share data with

We share data only as necessary to run the Service, with providers acting on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations:

Payment processing — Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, and billing information.
Data storage and authentication — Supabase hosts our database and handles account authentication.
AI providers — AI model providers process your coach messages, assessment answers, and related context to generate responses.
Email delivery — transactional email providers send account and notification emails.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AgentPilot and its users.

5. Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level database security so that your records are accessible only to you and to authorised systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as needed for legal, accounting, or legitimate operational purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can update most account information directly in Settings. To make any other request, email info@sidepilot.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functionality — keeping you signed in, remembering your theme preference, and maintaining session state. We may use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working correctly.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children. It is intended for users aged 18 or older, and in no case is it intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email.
